At RayannesDesign.com, we are in constant pursuit of the best quality Clothing and Accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in original, unused condition along with all original tags and packaging within 10 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, please contact us.

Refund Policy

If you return your item(s) and opt for a refund to your Rayannes Design account, we will refund the entire amount of your item(s) minus shipping costs that you paid when the order was originally placed. However, if you request a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your order, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 business days; we also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.

Exchange Policy

Rayannes Design strives to offer you top quality Clothing and accessories at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, it may not be possible to process exchanges all the time. Exchanges will only take place subject to availability of stock. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.

How to return an item

specific reason for return
specific return request (refund to credit card or Rayannes Design  account)

2. Rayannesdesign.com will send an email return authorization with further instructions.

3. Customer must follow directions provided in return authorization email or over the phone to complete return.

4. Once we receive your return, we will process the rest of the return as specified in the return authorization email or phone conversation. All refunds/exchanges will be processed 10-14 business days after your return is received.
