HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

We try to keep our customers happy by providing them with the right information in sizing. Your height plays an important role in this. Also be aware that there may be slight variations depending on different styles. The size chart below is intended to give you a general overview of the sizing structure. If in doubt or you need any assistance please contact us via e-mail and we will attend to your request promptly before you place an order.

How to measure yourself? 

Height: For best results, get a friend or family member to do it for you, otherwise remove shoes and stand barefoot against a wall, and then measure from head to toe.
Bust: Measure underneath the arms around the fullest part of your bust and across the shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips: At about 20cm below your waistline, measure around the widest part of your hips

1. What happens if I choose the wrong size?

Rayannes Design is not liable for wrong size selection of any abaya or clothing. That is why we urge you to contact us prior to placing your order. This will allow us to offer you a tailored service and will allow you to make the right size selections.

2. I recieved my parcel and its the wrong size, what do I do?

We offer a full exchange or refund service to wrong size seected clothing ( Abaya, skirts, tops, pants) less shipping. Please note however: The Purchasee will bear the full cost of all shipping charges for wrong size selction returns or exchanges. This process can be avioded, by simply contacting us to to enable us in helping you make the right choice.
